Sketchbooks made from ripped up sheets of 18x24in used newsprint pages. The newsprint contained sketches and notes that expressed emotional and physical ideas attached to my perception of the people I later gave the sketchbooks to. The intent was to break the barrier between the user and the notebook by presenting an object that was carelessly manufactured, used and in many ways illogical.
